Flavoured Tofu

I have heard vegetarian raved about Linda Mccartney Sausages.  I finally got a chance to taste it.  It is textured soy protein, aka tofu, just as they described.  But seriously, nothing like sausages!

It reminds me of the "vegetarian chicken".
