Heat Pump Rebate

There is a lot of incentive to change gas heating into heat pump.  My boiler is only 8 years old, and with low usage, it would last another 10+ years.  I don't think it is the best solution for me, for now.  But when it does die, the rebate maybe gone, and it would not be cheap to put one in...
