We had a grilled fish lunch at a Japanese restaurant. It was very nice. It was called Atka Mackerel, so I asked the boss a naive question, is that British? Then I was swiftly told that fish came all the way from Japan, they definitely were not the typical British mackerel. We looked it up, it is also known as
Hokke. Shame that we would not have access to a kitchen, we would have to rely on people cooking it for us!
