I tried to contact EE about the refund again, and completely pointless. I was completely pissed off with EE's appalling customer service, and I found a complaining tool - Resolver. I was sceptical at first, as I do not want to subscribe into any more internet based tool, but since it is backed by Money Saving Expert, I gave it a try.
Within 2 days, I got a coherent response from EE. Within 5 days, I got my refund. I will recommend everyone to use this tool.
