Cress Tasting

Sarah grew some cress, as an experiment, some were grown in the dark and some were in the light.  She really thought the ones grown in the light would taste nicer.  The ones grew in the light were much more 'flavoursome' aka bitter, so let that be a lesson learnt.  I am now wondering if I should get my hands on some white asparagus to have a taste.
