Leafy Glutinous Rice Dumplings

After a few trials,  I have a better gauge of how much rice to use per dumplings.   I actually got some bamboo leaves and I made one of each.   When cooked together,  the sausage casing dumpling picks up some of the leafy flavour.   The packet of leaves is very large,  so more to come.
